I have always been aware that we need to be healthy always, but the information that I learned that day was more than enough for me to stop being unhealthy and by choice, I choose to eat right. Yes, tumatanda na ako as day passes by that's why I need to start practicing healthy living right now. — I know I've said this tons of times already,  ang hirap kasi. Alam ko alam nyo yung struggle, kasi ang sarap naman talaga kumain ng kaumain but after the information that I got, I guess ito na yun. It was really an eye opener to me. Gusto ko pang mabuhay ng matagal kasama ng pamilya ko.

I consider myself a late bloomer when it comes to cooking. But as they always say, "it's better late than never."
