SM Southmall celebrates the country's biggest culinary event — the Madrid Fusion Manila with a grand quesadilla Fiesta.
Yesterday, shoppers enjoyed feasting over 1000 slices of quesadilla to form one giant serving of everyone's favorite cheese and tortilla dish which was prepared in partnership with local Mexica fusion Bocadillos.
Shoppers were able to taste the and other special concoctions and featured dish from Bocadillos, Project Pie, Four Seasons and Eduardo's Peri-Peri.
This two-day food fair is from April 8 to 9. The said merchants will compete with each other for the title of Best Dish.
There will also be Culinary demonstrations today which will feature Four Seasons, Bocadillos and Eduardo's Peri-Peri.
