By leveraging AI to enhance collaboration and streamline operations, Ellie is designed to improve workplace productivity and allow teams to deliver faster, more effective customer service.
Ellie, short for Enablement and Intelligence Engine, represents PLDT Enterprise’s push to integrate AI into everyday operations. Integrated directly into Microsoft Teams, the tool provides employees with instant access to a unified knowledge base, including sales assets and product details, allowing them to streamline routine tasks and prioritize more strategic work.

The platform also serves as a centralized, searchable knowledge base that enables teams to quickly find the information and stay aligned when engaging clients.
